Purification method 

To meet different experimental requirements, we offer the following purification methods:

DSL: Fast, high throughput, commonly used for PCR amplification, point mutation, whole gene synthesis and Sanger sequencing, etc.

OPC: For common primers below 60mer, the purity is better than DSL for most molecular biology experiments.

PAGE: The best choice for long chain common primers above 60mer for molecular biology tests, therapeutic and diagnostic.

HPLC: Small throughput, high cost, good purity, less than 45mer common primers, modified primers, industrial/diagnostic primers or probes.


Turnaround time

For multiplex PCR, the turnaround time is 3-5 business days for 6 common primers and 3 fluorescent probes for a single 2000 OD, and 3 business days for expedited orders. The turnaround time for small-size modified primers is as follows, depending on the type of modification and demand.
