In this study, the 3-NP plasmid was purchased from Selleck Chemicals LLC (Houston, Texas, USA). The pcDNA3.1-YTHDF2 and pcDNA3.1 plasmids, as well as the small interfering RNA (siRNA), including si-NC (negative control) and si-YTHDF2, were commercially synthesized by Tsingke (Beijing, China) and GenePharma (Shanghai, China), respectively. The sequences of the siRNAs are provided in Table 1.
