The coding region of Lc-GPR25 was chemically synthesized at Tsingke Biotechnology (Beijing, China) and ligated into a pcDNA3.1 vector (Table S2). Thereafter, the coding region of Lc-GPR25 in the construct pcDNA3.1/Lc-GPR25 was PCR amplified using appropriate primers and ligated into appropriate vectors as listed in Table S2.
