Ectomycorrhizal-mediated lignin pathway activation enhances phosphorus use efficiency in Pinus massoniana

Abstract

The UBC gene was employed as the reference gene, and the primer sequences of the candidate genes are presented in Table 1. The primers were synthesized by Beijing Qingke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Real-time quantitative PCR amplification was performed using an ABI 7300 fluo rescence quantitative PCR instrument (USA), with each experiment being repeated three times.
