Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was performed to verify the interference efficiency of knockdown and overexpression using the ChamQ SYBR qPCR Master Mix (Vazyme, Cat#Q311-02, Nanjing, China) on an RT-PCR system (CFX96 Touch; Bio-Rad, USA) according to the manufacturer's protocol (Zhang et al., 2023a). The primers used for qRT-PCR were designed by Beijing Qingke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Qingdao Project Department, China).
