Primers were designed using Premier 3 and evaluated for specificity via NCBI Primer-BLAST. Primer sequences meeting the design criteria were synthesized by Tsingke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). Total RNA was reverse-transcribed into cDNA using a Evo M-MLV reverse transcription kit (Accurate Biology, Hunan, China).
