Next, to demonstrate the affinity between small molecule compounds and target protein ZNF24 through Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR). Firstly, the ZNF24 gene was inserted into the prokaryotic expression plasmid pET-28a (+) (Qingke, China). The expression plasmids of ZNF24 were transformed into Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3) and screened with 50 µg/ml kanamycin.
