Preparation of Recombinant Protein DNA sequences encoding human KRAS (wild-type, aa 1–169), human KRAS (G12C, aa 1–169), human KRAS (G12D, aa 1–169), and human KRAS (G12S, aa 1–169) were codon optimized, synthesized by Tsingke Biotech Co., Ltd., and cloned into the pET-28a vector. The resulting constructs contain an N-terminal 6× His tag and a TEV cleavage site.
