The sequence of the target gene was searched on NCBI, and primer pairs were designed using Primer5 software. The primers were synthesized by Beijing Qingke. Amplification reaction was performed using UltraSYBR Mixture (CW2601, CWBIO) on a fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument (QuantStudio1, ABI).
