2.17 siRNA transfection siRNAs targeting human SMS, mouse sms and negative control (siNC) were designed and synthesized by Tsingke (Beijing, China). The siRNAs were transfected into MFC cells and OE-19 cells using Lipofectamine 2000 (Thermofisher) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
