Construction of stable knockdown cells Lentiviruses packaging PDGFC short hairpin RNAs (shRNA) were synthesized by Beijing Tsingke Biotech Co., Ltd. We infected LNCaP-EnzaR and RM-1-EnzaR cells with these lentiviral vectors and then treated them with 2 mg/mL puromycin (E607054, Sangon, China) for 7–10 days.
