Transfection and construction of stable cell lines A short-hairpin RNA plasmid designed for the knockdown of C6orf99 (sh-C6orf99, PTSB-U6-PGK-Fluor-2 A-ARGs) and a plasmid for overexpressing C6orf99 (C6orf99, TK-PCDH-copGFP-T2A-Puro), along with the negative control, were purchased from Tsingke Biotech (Beijing, China). The sequence information of these plasmids was presented in Supplementary Table 2.
