Total RNA was collected by miRNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, 217004), and cDNA was obtained by reverse transcription using 1.0 μg of extracted RNA and Magic 1st cDNA Synthesis Kit (with dsDNase) (magic-bio M2111). Target genes' primers are shown in Table 1, which were designed and synthesized by Tsingke Biotech Co., Ltd. The finally result were obtained through QuantStudio 3(ABI) and QuantFast SYBR Green Qpcr SuperMix (magic-bio M1008).
