Coprinellus disseminates ArsM confers multi-layer arsenic resistance in transgenic tobacco by coordinating detoxification, photosynthetic protection, and stress signaling

Abstract

Expression levels of arsenic-responsive genes (PHT1, NAC029, MTP1, GSH2) were analyzed via RT-qPCR on an ABI StepOnePlus system (4376598) using NtL25 as reference, with data calculated by the 2−ΔΔCT method. All primers (Supplementary Table S1) were synthesized by Qingke Biotechnology (Beijing). Three biological replicates were performed per experiment.
