Reverse transcription was performed with NovoScript RT SuperMix (Vazyme). RT-qPCR reactions used ChamQ Universal SYBR Master Mix (Vazyme) with gene-specific primers (Tsingke Biotech Co., Ltd., Table S1). Cycling conditions: 95°C for 30 s (pre-denaturation); 40 cycles of 95°C for 10 s and 60°C for 30 s; followed by melt curve analysis.
