The Flag-VEZF1-WT plasmid, Flag-VEZF1-MUT plasmid, HIF1A siRNAs, OGT siRNAs, VEZF1 siRNAs, FOXO1 siRNAs and BAX siRNAs were purchased from GenePharma (Shanghai, China). Vectors for the HIF1A, FOXO1, OGT and BAX overexpression plasmids, as well as the pGL3-EDN1-WT and pGL3-EDN1-MUT constructs, were synthesized by Tsingke (Nanjing, China). Transfection was performed via the Lipofectamine 3000 reagent (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
