Listed in Table S10|||The All-in-One first strand synthesis master mix (with Dnase) (ShareBio, China) was used to reverse-transcribe RNA into cDNA following the manufacturer’s protocol. Custom-designed specific primers were synthesized by Tsingke Biotech Co., Ltd., China. The cDNAs was then subjected to real-time qPCR using the CFX Connect Real-Time System (Bio-Rad, USA).
