Cells were incubated under standard conditions maintaining 37 °C temperature, 5% CO2 atmosphere, and appropriate humidity levels. The small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) directed against PRDX1 were procured from Tsingke Biological, and the transfection reagent was sourced from Shanghai GenePharma Biotechnology. The efficacy of the knockdown was validated using Quantitative RT−PCR (qRT−PCR) analysis at 36 hours post-transfection.
