ORMDL2 Promotes the Growth of Glioma through mTORC1-Mediated Fatty Acid Metabolism

Abstract

To overexpress ORMDL2, vector or ORMDL2 was transfected into human glioma cell line U251 using the above kit. All plasmids were designed and synthesized by Beijing Tsingke Biotech (China). Western blotting was used to evaluate transfection efficiency.
