Gene Cloning and Plasmid Construction The template of Mtb genes PtpA and PtpB (PtpAMtb, PtpBMtb) was purchased from Beijing Tsingke Biotech Co., Ltd. The genes were cloned into pCDH with a 3X-Flag tag for mammalian cell transfection and cloned into PMV261 with a 6X-His tag in the N-terminal for mycobacteria transformation.
