Reagents and antibodies The following reagents were used in the study: Aloperine (ALO), Acetylcysteine(NAC), and Bafilomycin A1(Baf-A1) were purchased from MedChemExpress (MCE, Shanghai, China), Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) were obtained from Yeasen (Shanghai, China), Annexin V/PI Apoptosis staining Kit, and cell cycle staining kit were purchased from MultiSciences (70-CCS012, Hangzhou, China), si-RNA were obtained from Qingke (Beijing, China), Lipofectamine 3000 reagent, and BCA protein assay kit were purchased from Invitrogen (CA, USA), 4 % paraformaldehyde, 0.1 % crystal violet, and RIPA were purchased from FUDE BIOLOGICAL (Hangzhou, China).
