RT-qPCR was performed using a Roche LightCycler 96. Primers were procured from TSINGKE (Beijing, China) and the sequences are shown in Table 1. GAPDH was considered as the housekeeping gene to normalize the expression levels of targeted genes, three parallel holes were set for every sample and the relative expression of genes was analyzed according to the 2-ΔΔCt method.
