The protocol for qRT-PCR analysis was the same as previously described (Chen et al., 2020). The primers for endogenous reference genes were purchased from Tsingke (Beijing, China). The sequences of primers for KMO were as follows: forward, 5’-CCCTCTGATGGGAGAGCAAG- 3’; reverse, 5’-CCAAGCAGTCTTCAAAGCCC- 3’.
