Selenium improves behavioral performance in a rat model of autism spectrum disorder by mitigating oxidative stress and modulating the Sirt1/Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway

Abstract

The 2ΔΔCT method was employed for semiquantitative analysis, and the expression of each target gene was normalized to that of the internal control gene (β-actin). The primers were designed and provided by Beijing Tsingke Biotech Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China) and listed in Supplementary Table 2. All experiments were repeated at least three times.
