Complementary DNA was synthesized using a reverse transcription kit (CW2569, Cwbio, China). The primers were synthesized by Beijing Tsingke Biotech Co., Ltd., and the specific sequences are listed in Table 1. qRT-PCR was performed using SYBR Green Master Mix (CW2601, Cwbio) on an ABI fluorescence quantitative PCR system.
