AceQ® qPCR SYBR Green Master Mix (High ROX Premixed) and HiScript III RT SuperMix for qPCR (+gDNA wiper) were purchased from Vazyme Biotech (Nanjing Vazyme Biotech Co., Ltd., Nanjing, China). Primers were synthesized by Qingke Biotechnology (Chengdu, China). Physiological saline, anhydrous ethanol (AR grade), 75% ethanol (AR grade), 4% neutral paraformaldehyde fixative, DEPC water were purchased from Haoboyou (Sichuan Agricultural University, Chengdu, China).
