Ni-NTA agarose purchased from GE Healthcare (USA).|||The sequences of PCIII, PCIII-S and PCIII-SQ are validated and deposited in the NCBI GenBank with the accession number PV679980, PV679981 and PV679982. The full-length gene synthesis of PCIII, PCIII-S, and PCIII-SQ nucleotide sequences was commissioned to Beijing Tsingke Biotechnology Co., Ltd., followed by their cloning into the pPICZα A vector. pPICZα A-PCIII/PCIII-S/PCIII-SQ was digested with Sac I endonuclease to linearize it.
