Tsingke Biotech produced the recombinant protein and generated specific antibodies by immunizing two New Zealand white rabbits. After three immunizations, sera were collected and antibodies were purified via antigen-affinity chromatography. The purified antibody detects as little as 2 ng of recombinant protein at 100 ng/mL. Indirect ELISA revealed an EC₅₀ of 1.7 ng/mL, demonstrating strong specificity and excellent recognition of the recombinant protein.
