Generally, the default clone is between EcoRⅠ and Hind Ⅲ. If you have particular needs, please note and we can select other suitable cloning sites according to the experimental needs based on your sequence.

Can l send my vectors to you? Are there any requirements for my provided vector?

Yes, you can use your own vector. it is recommended to ship your vector in advance; otherwise, the turnaround time may be extended by 5 calendar days to verify the vector.We need you to ship at least 2 μg of the plasmid and provide the full sequence information of the vector.lf the full sequence is not available, please provide at least 200 bp upstream and downstream of the cloning site, along with the vector's antibiotic resistance information.

Can the plasmid delivered by gene synthesis be directly used for cell transfection?

No, the order defaults to providing 4 μg of plasmid dry powder. This plasmid is not recommended for direct transfection into cells or protein expression. If you need to conduct related experiments, please perform plasmid transformation, then isolate a single colony for cultivation, and use a plasmid extraction kit that meets the required standards to extract high-quality plasmid. Our company also provides plasmid extraction services. If you have higher requirements for the plasmid, you can select our plasmid extraction service simultaneously when placing your order.

How long can the synthesized plasmid be stored?

The synthesized plasmid can be stored for one vear. Customer-provided vectors that are free of issues will also be stored forone year. During the storage period, you can use the plasmid for site-directed mutagenesis, cloning, or other services.

What if there are quality issues with the plasmid?

If there are any quality issues within one month of receipt,we will provide a free replacement. Overseas shipping fees will be charged separately, or the plasmids can be sent with other orders.
